Best process for paint touch-ups?

When I bought my car I washed it the first night and noticed that there were alot of touch ups on the side of the car with paint. They aren't too big they are mostly on the plastic border on the middle of the door. The only thing is I the color is off! I guess the guy who owned it before me didn't test it before doing all the spots. Now I have a silver 2002, I forgot the exact color name. I'll have to pull the code tommorow from the engine bay. Its not a big deal but it bothers me alot. The paint on the car is great - that. I would like to touch it up, I was wondering what the best process for doing this. The factory paint has a sparkle to it and I want to keep that so it all blends in. Is there a good place where I can get this from? Possibly one of those paint sticks? Would I also have to add clearcoat on the touchup paint? Links would be great.

You can get a tube of touch-up paint from your local Nissan dealership... the paint code should be on that sticker in the driver door jam... I'm a detailer at my local Nissan dealership and I believe the touch-up paint from Nissan has clear coat mixed in... I don't know how much it costs but I can find out for you when I go into work tomorrow.
