The dollar difference is what I had to have. I got my bang for the buck. I sat in the car blah blah blah....Who cares what they think?

Based on some of the comments, these people (I have no idea who they are) are pretty high on themselves. When people are that pompus...I really tune them out at that point.

I think it was called "The Millionare next door"

or something like that.. and they defined wealth as being to sustain your current life style for 10 years without any income....

See I hate to flame but it really ticks me off when people talks about Maximas. Like at my school theres barely no one who knows $hit about cars and being compared to a Escort ZX-2 ****es me off, "but adam its red so it must be fast..." and in my case all I can do is a burn out to proove them wrong. But back to the thread. I mean obviously if you spend 74 g's for a s500 you get your nav., cylinders, comfort, and luxery over a $24 grand car. But we're not flaming at how cheap and crappy civics are or escorts, well not all of us anyway. True it's funny seing a 5000.00 civic or $1000.00 CRX with tons of stickers on it but hey...Damn I seriously hate those people. And who should be talking I mean at least we have dedicated forums those horny bastards cant pick anything up with there cheap *** cars so they have to have threads about ****, WTF, unlike some people I can pick some **** up with my car...not trying to flame...but DAMN!

The CRX is an 11 sec. car with only a few hundred $$$ in mods. Around $600 I think.

HELL YEAH! The kids at my school don't know cr*p about cars other than Hondas. Before my dad bought the Maxima (we were aiming for the SE at the time) my friend kept saying "If you're dad wants a real sports sedan get an Accord EX V6, Maxima SEs are just family sedans like a damn Camry...except with bigger wheels". But whatever, when I get a car I can burn their civics and leave them in my dust hehe.

It's a tragedy it's those kind of ppl sitting behind the wheels of these ultra-expensive bavarians. However, not uncommon though. I just recently purchased a '91 Q45 and drove it to a BMW dealership to pick up a radiator for my sister's 5251 and saw this woman quitely snickering about the badge on my car and whispering to her husband beneath her breath. ok, so the badge is ugly but it's still an awesome car (more fun to drive than even my max!). Well anyways, i thought that was wrong. I'm a poor dude living near an ultra-rich neighborhood and I HATE how some of these bimmer and benz drivers carry that "I-OWN-AN-$80-THOUSAND-DOLLAR-CAR-SO-GET-THE-f*CK-OUTTA-MY-WAY" attitude. I mean, they're awesome cars and i'd figure anyone owning them would show some class. What a shame...
