sup Studio Max.
I had the same problem fixed a couple of weeks ago. I had 35000 miles on mine though. My buddy who work as a tech at nissan took care of it for me. He told me the reason why the light came on was because the ECM computer needed to be reprogram because the original program sequences were too close together, thus causing the computer to misread the info. If discounting the battert doesn't work, bring in to the deal and have them reprogram it. That's my 2 cents. Another thing I want to add is that after they reprogrammed my car, it makes this funny noise after I turned off the car. I brought it back in and had them checked it. They told me its normal and it does that because the new program is set to leave a chamber open for a couple of seconds after the car is turned off. The kind of sound is like something is winding down and then it goes click click click as if something is closing. So don't be alarm.
