H&R lowering and question for Kev

Kev I think you mentioned something about adjusting my headlamps after an H&R install? What was the adjustment and what tool do I need to do it to align my headlamps with the car being lower with just H&R?
Also I assume they will be taking off my FSTB? What should the torque setting/wrench be to put it back on. Does the RSB need to come off as well for this spring install?

You turn the *** (back of the headlight housing) counterclockwise. Turn it 3/4 to 1 turn. You'll need a 8mm wrench.
The FSTB will need to come off. The nut/bolt on the bar should be about 23 lbs, while the nuts on the bracket should be about 32 lbs. The RSB doesn't not have to come off, but a RSTB will.
