Driving from Taos to ABQ over the weekend ran into heavy rain storms. The rain sounded like it was dripping inside the car-haven't found any water evidence inside, however water does get all around the doors, trunk and looks terrible when opening or closing car doors. Dealer tells me it's normal & that is what the rubber gasket's are for.

yep..mine too

I have an SE and when it rains it sounds like a leaky faucet in the car sometimes...just another normal quirk with these cars I guess.

I don't recall that happening to me during the last rain season... but I look for it this time.

Our pathfinder also has

very little insulation in the rear wells. it sounds about the same. I even considered spraying some stuff in the wells to quiet things down. I hear it works. Right now both the max and pf sound like a rear window is down with wet streets.
