Hi All,

Does anyone with an automatic Anniversary Edition have the 1-2 transmission slip problem?

I experienced it a couple of times last week (during that sauna like weather) but haven't been able to reproduce it. (I've lit up my TCS light like a blinking christmas tree, though. )

I've looked at the TSB, but they don't even *list* my VIN. Instead of JN1CA31A1T... mine's JN1CA31A21T...

I'm taking it into the dealer real soon now, so I thought I'd check here first. I think it's a 8/00 build, so it's definately in the right time frame.

 

take it and try and get the shift solenoids replaced.... they made a huge difference for me... to reproduce the slipping, gun it when you are on a hill or steep incline. It will almost always slip in that situation...
