Rear windows (child safety)

Hmmmmmm
Others have had this same question. The fact that the window doesn't go down all the way is due to the way the door and wheel well fit together. If the window goes down further it will "bottom out" or hit the wheel arch. Someone else tried something to get it to go down farther but no dice.

Yea, the windows don't go all the way down because it'll hit bottom. If Nissan had kept the old design withthe bigger small glass on the back side of the door, then maybe the window will have enough clearance and go all the way down. I don't know if the 4th or 3rd gens go all the way down, because they have larger rear quarter glass on the doors.

bah, who needs to have the rear windows all the way down anyway?
i'm not the one sitting back their :P
and besides, having all the windows down looks weird.
having the front windows all the way down, and rear ones half way looks more stylish cruising down.
and of course, that cool 'thug' feeling you get hiding behind a half-open tinted window. i know you know what im talking about!
