raced a 318i?
raced a 318i, i think, it was 2 door pretty small and was white. raced from 80-120, he backed off at 110, i flashed my hazards, he flickered his high beams and took a exit. why do i always race bmw's on the LIE near college point till around exit 33?

Gotta watch out for some of those 318ti's though... I know for a fact that there are supercharger kits for them, as one of my Accord V6 brethren got his @ss whooped by one in what he thought would be an easy race. The S/C takes it up to around 200HP which would probably be enough to beat an automagic, but I think even a stock 5-spd would still take it out. Beware of the sleepers

Bully!
Why anyone would buy one of those over a Jetta or GTI VR6 is beyond me??

As a owner of 318i
I can tell you that the handling of the car is superior to a 2k. The steering is neutral is precise with a lot of feel. On the swisty slow corners, it is a blast to drive. Unfortunately, the 134 HP engine is embrassingly slow offline. Once above 30, it is pure pleasure. That's why I'm disappointed with my 2k.
... i had no idea those were i4's... it was a bimmer, thought it had a v6
oh well... i dont want to race anymore, i just want to show off my car, but then its soooo hard to do so...
steve, does this mean your back?
F1, get suspension upgrades for your 2k, fstb, rsb, springs/struts, its a lot better, i had my fstb and i could keep up with the twisty's with the bmw
