Does anyone know where and what kind of coil overs to get and what is the difference between them and a spring and shock setup. will the ride quality be better with coil overs? are they worth the money? whos best? please help me because it really pisses me off that I dont know this stuff. thanks guys.

tein suspensions. don't know neone dealin' them for the max here in the US, but u can get a hold of em' from japan. i think it'll b very worth it.

Cattman makes coilovers for the max. $1500

coilovers make it so you have a fast and easy way to lower your car for shows. Also gives better performance than just springs and struts. Ride should actually be better at stock height, or if lowered you adjust the camber back to stock or better.

If you're not going to be racing, then struts and springs will work fine. IMHO, $1500 is pretty steep just for street use.
