air temperature control
#3
Although I haven't personally looked into it, others on this board have said that there are a plethora of sensors that need to be added and lots of wires to run, along with installing the head unit itself. Cost is high and effort is great to do this swap; the results might not be worth it.

Digital controls
I hate digital controls... Ideally everyone likes the temp AT or AROUND 72 deg F, but for some reason 72 on the digital controls feels like an oven in most cars I've been in. Whenever the "auto climate control" kicks in, I'm like WTF is it doing?! Sometimes for no reason, on my mom's 2000 Saab 9-3, it will just go crazy and blast air at 100% fan power. I like the analog controls because i know exactly how far to move the little slider to make the air exactly the temp I like it

I think it looks cool, and it SEEMS cool, hell, it kinda **IS** cool. But I just DONT LIKE IT because I want to have control of the machine, I don't want the machine controlling squat... if you understand where I'm coming from. That's why i'm ****ed that I have automatic. grr...
