1) Splice HID wires to the nearest wires you see in the engine bay.
2) Turn on headlights
3) Drive

I say just straight up just hotwire them, much easier!

And no did not find any webspace yet. I will probably just post it on Geocities and let it run until too many people view it and then will have to wait 24hrs again.
