I was curious what the 5th gens where looking at speed wise.. i have heard some of the kill stories here and there and I was curious if anyone would post quarter mile times and such?? just a curious fourth genR.

MWAHAHAHAHAA... 21.7.. the rear headrests you see are those of my Infiniti i30 leather seats throughout my interior.. full tint headrests all around and OOHHH so comfy.

 

Cool , so you replaced the Maxima seats with the I30? How much did that cost?

 

from infiniti/nissan 400 for rear and 350 for each front.. well the front were the exact same.. so i just grabbed head rests.. i had a friend get em for me in a big bundle of stuff for my car.. springs/struts/bodykit/exhaust/intake/lots of stuff.. its nice some people notice.. haha.

 

This may sounds like a stupid question, but if no other mods were present, which would go faster?

car with SuperCharger or car with NOS 100 shot?

This probably sounds like a stupider question but what does the shot stand for? Horsepower?

 

The one with 100 shots of nitrous. A supercharger without a smaller pulley will put down about 70 whp. I'm not too sure what 100 shots will give, but I know it's definitely more that 70 whp.

Also power from nitrous kicks in right away while the sc builds up.

 

I think adam my4dsc has one of the fastest 5th gen maxes.

BTW nos is faster

He only has a 4mm head gasket with his 17 psi....... no internal work at all.

Hoses are easy... not thick at all.
