Thinking about a Catback. What should i buy?
#1
I am already bored with the little bit of speed i got out of y-pipe, looking for headers and a good catback. I have found a nice Gredy one, and the one that is on the stillen page. Which is quiter, and which gives more hp? Thanks.

No input b/c ..
1. There are no headers which will provide any noticeable gains ... someone with a 4th gen bought a custom header from New Zealand ... cost him about $500-800 (can't remember) & the gains were negligible (like 3hp ... do a search .. if it works).
2. Catback .. no one has dynoed one that I know of & the gen'l consensus is that there are no substantial gains with a catback ...
Conclusion?
Get a SC or wait for Adam's turbo!

still y-pipe is approx $400 for a Cattman .. have seen about 2 used ones in the last month for about $300 shipped
headers cost at least $500 & trouble of getting it here from NewZealand ...
so .. forget about the headers .. get a catback .. dyno it & let us know
