I am already bored with the little bit of speed i got out of y-pipe, looking for headers and a good catback. I have found a nice Gredy one, and the one that is on the stillen page. Which is quiter, and which gives more hp? Thanks.

Need some input guys, don't want to make the wrong purchase. Especially when these exhausts cost more than 500 bucks. Thanks

No input b/c ..

1. There are no headers which will provide any noticeable gains ... someone with a 4th gen bought a custom header from New Zealand ... cost him about $500-800 (can't remember) & the gains were negligible (like 3hp ... do a search .. if it works).

2. Catback .. no one has dynoed one that I know of & the gen'l consensus is that there are no substantial gains with a catback ...

Conclusion?

Get a SC or wait for Adam's turbo!

The headers you refer to come with a y-pipe, so the gains may be a little more for somebody how has no y-pipe.

true enough ... forgot about that ...

still y-pipe is approx $400 for a Cattman .. have seen about 2 used ones in the last month for about $300 shipped

headers cost at least $500 & trouble of getting it here from NewZealand ...

so .. forget about the headers .. get a catback .. dyno it & let us know
