Does anyone have yellow fog lights on their car? I was thinking of getting the Piaa H3 Ion Crystal Yellow bulbs. Are these good bulbs? If so could you post a pic of your car? Thanks!

Me and Psing are the only two with the exact same setup.

The piaa Ion gold will not make your fogs look like the lexus yellow fogs.
TO do this you must buy a yellow piece of plastic that will make your light look yellow.
But if you are like me just put a piaa ion yellow with the yellow plastic and get super yellow fogs
enjoy~

The yellow piece you may purchase from the lexus dealer.
all you need to do is cut it so the beam pattern will be covered.

Now remove to fog lights.
If you do not know how to do this you can go to www.dreamk2r.com/bulb.html (thanks YJ who is me for this info).
Now to get the plastic cover off the front fogs get a heat gun to loosen the plastic.
Using a cloth with screw driver remove the plastic front.
Cut and fit the plastic to fit the round shape of the fog.
put the assembly back and you are done
enjoy

YJ,
How much does lexus dealer charge for this plastic? I think that link is broken. How do you secure the yellow plastic when putting back on or does it fit ok...i guess it depends on how well you cut it right? Again thanks for the info...you've been a big help!

The PIAA Ion Fogs are like a lgt lemon color. They are indeed brighter than stock fogs though. Any time you add a filter or additional lens you will reduce the power of the bulb and its spread. That is why the highly tinted PIAA Plasmas bulbs are so purple and not very bright. I love the lexus color also.....but wanted the added brightness more. Good luck with either decision.

This might help...

Check out my cardomain page. On page 4 I have some pics of my HID's and a set of the PIAA H3 Ions. I tried to get the pics to show the fogs at the true color but the HID's are so bright that the pics didn't come out altogether to well.
