So far, every source I see is in the passenger compartment. Everything is connected to the Smart Entrance Control Unit to keep control once the car is shut down. I'm still looking, but I'd rather run a wire into the passenger compartment and connect to the cigarette lighter than the O2 or MAF or any sensor for that matter.
If your willing to figure out where you can snake a wire through the FIREWALL, I'll give you an "ignition-on" power source.

But yeah I still would be interested in moving it. Yeah it is temporary for now.

well...
I try to live by ohms law.
so there has to be some amperage increase if you are increasing the load on the +12V side of the circuit. thing is, the operating range of the car is probably 11-14 volts, so the effect would be indeed negligable, but it will be there.

Are you guys getting to this site?
I continue to time out with "server not found" errors. What is the IP address I should be getting? I get 24.13.252.95, but can't get a reply or get to a web site there.
Is it just me? If it is...can somebody visit the site and save the web page, with graphic and all (Internet Explorer can do this if you save "web page complete")...zip up the page and post it or something. Maybe my ISP just has a crap DNS server.

There it is, Remember I aint responsible if you blow up your ballast or burn up some $hit.
This is the wiring for where when the High beams are turned ON it will cut OFF your Xenons.
Now ICY2K1 said he got it to work some other way without a relay, once we get his info that will be great, but for now this will help for you other people.
Is it just me or is the link he posted not working? I've been trying to get into it for a couple of day now...let me know!

Wow a TWO YEAR OLD THREAD comes back to life.
I dont supply the directions on this writeup anymore due to the fact of the stolen HIDs off the 2k2 and people selling them with our writeups. I only give it out now on a need basis if I feel you bought them legit. If people have a problem with that, then go elsewhere for the writeup, or better yet, spend the 8hrs it took me to figure it out.
