You have 2 options,
#1, buy a sheet of diamond cut material from Home depot and cut it out to the exact same shape and paint 1/2 of it red then transplant it in your new 02 tail lights.

#2, remove the reflector from your 00-01 tail lights and install them in your 02 tail lights. This idea is my favorite but for some people it will cost a bit extra.

In order to remove the reflectors and transplant them you will have to put your tail light in the oven for 5 mitutes at 275 FP{or use a heat gun}. Then the glue should be hot enough that it will lossen up and you will be able to peal your tail lights open and then remove the reflectors and then transpant them in your 02 tail lights. I whould practice on your old tail lights since this procedure can go bad. BTW don't blame me if you brake something since it depends on your personal skill level. Let me know how it goes if you try it.

There's been a lot of talk about this topic. A lot of people, myself inclusive, have wanted to attempt this mod, but it's a bit pricey if you don't get it right. All in all though, the more and more I see the amber, the more and more it grows on me.

Give it a few months and I will do it.
