Ok well since PRCAI is pretty expensive, I'm trying to get a JWT intake for x-mas. Then I was thinking since I have PIAA 1900x fog lights, I could install those in the lower intake part, and take out my factory fogs and run a tube from there up to the intake. would it be worth it? Any ideas of how to make it better? Thanks for the input.

here's a pic of "my" car with the fogs

It's actually a picture from gr8ride.com, but I have the same color car with the kit. Anywho, I tried to darken the factory fog locations because I'd put mesh in there? with mesh in the lower intake part in the bumper? That might actually be pretty cool... Anyone else better at photoshoping?(I actually used PSP) I can put the origional pic up if you'd like.

Looks good! Would you run the OSCAI to one or both of the original fog light holes? You could set up a Y configuration to draw air through both fog light holes to the intake.

I dont think it will work. From the last time I checked there is no way to get a HOSE from the Fog lights to the engine compartment without drilling some large 3" holes into the frame. Which is not recommended.

Plus, I dont think you want to run a LONG hose from the passenger side foglight to the airbox, because with that length you will lose alot of force in air with all the bends.

Dont think it is a good idea. The fogs in the picture look a little wierd, prolly cause it is a photoshoped pic.

Ok I came up with a new idea. I think I mentioned this on 5thgen site, but I can't remember. Kev has some pictures, and If the driver side fog light were taken out, the PRCAI filter is right behind that location. so the air would come directly into the PRCAI, and there wouldn't be a need to cut a hole in the fender. Think that'll work? I might go with that idea as long as my PIAA's fit in the middle section.

yeah I know, I kinda suck at photoshopping.

This is Kev's picture (thanks ) and it shows the filter part of the PRCAI and the fog light harness is right in front of it.
