I don't know about you guys but teh engine always see, quiet on my car. But yeah when I rev it just growls especially at WOT. But whhen I start it up and wait for it wo warm up it seems like sometimes its not even turn on. My sister almost turn the key to turn it on after I had turned it on for her. She said it seem like it was off.

What you don't believe me? "Idles like a symphony" I would hardly call it that, its just quiet to me that is and to most others that have checked out my car. So if you don't believe me...I start the car and it growls and the tach goes up a lttle past 1000 rpm and settles that is when it gets quiet but of course when i pressed on the gas....music to my ears

I'm a beliva!!

Oh know…I do believe that can happen. If you have taken it to one dealer an there not sure, then take it to another. Not sure how many miles you have on car (Still in Warranty). Here in Georgia there is a law that explains that if a car is fairly new and within warranty it should be corrected or the consumer can be given another car by dealer/manufacturer. What you have to do is complain several times over about one problem in engine that has not been corrected. I know 2 friends who recieved other vehicles because dealer/manufacturer could not correct problem.

What?! The dealer will repair your car because it's too quiet? What are you talking about?

Quiet!

My max was quiet like that right up to the point that I put a mod on such as an intake or exhaust. Once these things change you will notice a difference.

He has an issue with his engine being quieter than normal.
If he or you! have a problem with your engine and you have not modified it, an it persist beyond the scope of repairing and the car is fairly new within your state law, then you have that right as a citizen to ask for the car to be replaced, barring he lives in Georgia, but this may not be the case!…that's what I'm talking about!!

Thanks for clearing it all up.
I kinda interpreted his post differently. I was thinking that he was just praising how quiet the max is when it's idle. Maybe it's just me

OH MY GOD! This was suppose to be a reply on another thread in which a fellow org member thought his engine was too loud at idle. Fiddlesticks do I feel like a big time idiot
Believe me, my car being quiet is no problem to me. Sorry you guys.
