Moda R6 rims any good?

I was thinking of getting a set of 19" Moda R6's for my 2k2 6-speed max when I get it. Tirerack.com has them for $289 each and I was wondering if they're any good. I'm interested in 19's mainly for the looks although I might be interested in a little rather casual autocross.

Nice looking simple 5 spoke, but a bit on the heavy side. Over 30 lbs each.

So is there something similar looking that's lighter, or a "better" rim for a similar price?

They are a bit on the heavy side, but I think they are quality rims, theyve never bent or peeled and Ive hit so pretty big pot holes where I was positive I bent it. Plus I think theyre one of the better looking rims for Maximas.

Thanks. I don't plan on using them in the winter. I'm going to get some 15" steel wheels and slap from Michelin Artic-Alpins on em. Should be about $500 for the whole set from tirerack.com. I'm going to get the 19" Moda's and some "Max Performance" tires in the spring once it warms up a little. Right now I'm looking at the Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position for tires. Kinda pricey at $281 per tire though. Oh well they're supposed to be one heck of a tire.
