Mine do the same thing but they aren't tinted. I've heard it from a few Max owners now. I believe it's the window out of alignment or something, I've heard the dealer was supposed to fix it but I've just never taken it in.

Next time notice it does it in humid/rainy days. Clean your windows good with spray can window cleaner. If the glass is smooth and not sticky it won't make that noise. That's annoying when my car does that.

I think your window is not rubbing where mine was. Mine rubs at the rubber molding on the door panel.

Isn't there a TSB out on fixing excessive window noise?

I'll take a pic tomorrow and try 2 send it on this thread. he said mine is rubbin (its common) up and down. molding that goes up and down. um..its hard to explain. well i tested it and its not makin that noise anymore but the passenger side window is kind of slow compared to the drivers side. but sometimes its the same speed. like i said my car needs a wash so y not take advantage of infiniti service. ..actually if i can do this my self then that'll be cool. Hey ali did this happen to you?? what did u do to take care of it.

I called the dealership about mine and they said the window needs to be greased and it should only take about 10 mins. I'm bringing mine in on friday (oct. 5) and i'll try to watch them and see what they say about it. it sounds like a common problem.

silicone spray

Try applying some silcone spray lubricant to the top of the window gasket. You can spray it onto a paper towel, and then rub that onto the gasket. This helps for a while.
BTW: I cleaned the tops of my windows really well, and the noise was louder.
