Recently took delivery of my 3rd SE, 90, 96 and 00. I want to have the Nokia handsfree kit installed and wondered if the BOSE radio will mute when there is an incoming call or if the phone is in use. Anyone have any experience with this? Will I need any special relay? Anything special that I should know, ie problem locations for installation on the console, speaker location, external antenna?

 

just hit the mute button when u hear the phone ring.. j/k i guess if you take your face apart you can locate teh volume *** and find out where the mute connection point is. tap intothat and use a relay (no clue how) and hook it up to your system maybe even short it out. u can try asking the nissan service dept.
