Well if you want to go all out go for the Super Charger but that will run you about $4000 give or take a few hundred. If you're looking for something more reasonable go for the Y-Pipe then probably the intake.

does the y-pipe trigger a engine light?and will the engine run uneven with only the bank2 cat(the front one)?and how much of a increase have you noticed at stop light full throttle? which mod worked the best?

no light if you install it right. The y-pipe is the best mod for te money. The exhaust imbalance is not really an issue as was discussed here before. The front pre-cat is not very restrictive at all. A few guys removed the pre-cat and found minimal, if any difference in dyno results and performance. It won't necessarily help you from a dead stop, but once you go past 3k rpm, you will feel it.

best mods

hands down best mods for the $ are y-pipe and intake and RSB, which coincidentally are the 3 mods that I have I have had no problems at all with any of them besides the fact that I had to do some ghetto rigging to get the RSB on. Just the other day I beat a prev. gen Mustang cobra, so I'd say yes, the mods were absolutely worth it.

Re: best mods

I agree with y-pipe and then some sort of intake. But I would suggest a front strut tower brace before a RSB. Both at the same time is the way to go if possible.
