Attn. NYC/Long Island owners! re: Break TSB ! (Long)

As I mentioned in a post earlier where i raced an A4, it has become clear that my rotors are warped as I have break judder.
Has anyone at all in NYC/Long ISland area had a dealer do the work under warranty for that particular TSB??

I was experiancing break judder when I was in the teens milagewise and at 19K paid the dealer over $180 and had rortors cut and new pads. I knew nothing about this ORG and the TSBs that existed at that time. Now at 33K, i have been experiancing judder for a while, Today I wnet in and asked to check out the breaks and I was told my rotors are warped, they need to be cut and replace pads, again. I told him about the TSB he said nothig exists for anything as far as breaks for a 2000 Maxima. He said no recalls or anything from Nissan regarding any work on 2000 Maxima... on anything!!! I repeated that that I am talking about a TSB not a recall, still denied it and then to prove this he punched my VIN into his comp and showed me a screen where he claimed it says nothing for 2K Max as far as any TSBs exist, and said that what I am looking at is directly from Nissan. I called Nissan, Nissan called the service dept. at which point the service guy said in my case, the pads wore out and caused the warped rotors thus I am not covered. I went back and showed them a copy of the TSB, which I think only peeed them off more and ofcourse got nowhere.
How is it normal to go through pads and cut rotors every 10-15K miles??? How long should pads last for anyway, considering one's milage is 80% highway miles?
What do I do about this? I am sick of getting **** service every time I go there. They alwasy try to rip people off, make you wait 2 hours for an oil change and have excuses for not doing any warranty work!!!
Anyy suggestions guys?? PLEASE!?!?

Thank you and sorry for such a long post.
