Remember...
When we e-mailed back and forth and I told you that I thought the bolt and spacer that Stillen included wouldn't fit. By looking at your pictures, my spacer that Stillen sent was 3 times the length of yours. That's why I said it wouldn't fit. Anyway, just thought I'd clear that up for you because I have been wondering about it since then.
Anyway, the pics and site are great. Thanks.

Yep... remember that. I think my spacer is around an inch. No wonder you had problems.

Important detail!
The rear upper bolt as shown in these photos must be reversed on each side. Notice the brake line located behind and above it. As the suspension moves up and down the sharp threaded end of the bolt will be passing by the brake line and start cutting into the rubber hose as it moves by. (Ask me how I know......) The head side of the bolt is shorter and will allow the brake line to move by without making contact. Reversing the bolt is mentioned in the Stillen instructions....... I missed it too....

Damn! your right. I missed that detail in the instructions.
Stillen Instructions:
"Step 6. The Stillen sway bar comes with 2 different length bolts that attach the sway bar to the blue brackets. Use the longer bolts on the bottom holes, this is where you will attach the sway bar. The shorter bolts go on the upper holes. <b> On the rear most bracket install the head of the bolt facing inboard with the nut facing outboard or towards tire."</b>
Of the 12 steps, this is the one I didn't follow. I turned all the nuts inboard. I'll switch the bolt around on the rear upper part of the bracket and snap new shots very soon. Thanks for the heads up.
