Brakes.... Please read
I would like to know how often you guys go through Break Pads and How often do you Cut your Rotors? Is it necessary to cut the rotors every time one gets new pads? Is it normal to need new pads after 14K when 80% is highway miles??
Last q, can after 14K the pads wear out so much as to cause Rotor warping? (which is what the dealer is claiming at does not want to do the TSB...)
Any input appreciated.

Erik tell the dealer he's MYDAK. Just dont mention the TSB and tell them your breaks dont work, they squeel, the pedal doesnt feel right, whatever. At 14K miles they must fix it (brakes are covered til 36K mi)they should make it right, whatever they decide to do.
Mine was at 12K miles and they resurfaced the rotors at first, and brakes felt the same. I came back and demanded to make it right. He wanted to resurface again, but I demanded rotors to be replaced. By resurfacing, they take they layer off, decreasing the lifespan of rotors.

When replacing the brakes, i always get the rotors cut because i heard that not cutting them is like taking a shower and putting the same underwear back on. My brakes normaly last me about 14K, but it seems to go quicker than that

limited choices...
choose another dealer.. or call Nissan Customer Relations.
First off, you should demand a refund on the previous brake job (to the dealer).. that was covered by the TSB. Once you've driven that point home, you can tell them to do what you want (and is covered anyway) and you will drop the refund request. if that doesnt work, start calling nissan.. bug them, they will tell the dealer to do it.
Honestly, I'd try another dealer.
