Ported/Polished Headers For VQ35

Has anyone Ported and or Polished their headers? I was thinking of doing both along with ceramic coating. Any idea on approximate gains?
Thanks

The Point Would be better flow just the same as the intake side. Do you think the intake would make a diff.?

If you can make more whp than me, (considering I'm 4AT) then, with pun intended, more power to you.

Cliffs:

You can make mucho power prior to resorting to cams/internal work(P&P). The way to accomplish that is with smart tuning and smart modding. Check the AM forum for further information.

you're supposed to port and polish the heads , but whether it is worth it on a vq35 will be up for debate until someone spends the money and dynos the before and after results.
