Weird radio problem (Bose)

Hey guys,

EDIT: Both decks tried were aftermarket decks. Not the stock Bose HU. Sorry about that.

My 00 max with Bose has been acting weird all of a sudden. First the deck cut out, kinda like it was skipping. Turned it onto a radio station and it did the same thing. Thought it was a loose wire, so I started feeling around for a loose wire

Now the deck won't even turn on. So I check the fuse on it, and then solder it into the harness. Still no dice. I try another deck, STILL WON'T WORK!!!!

I checked a Haynes manual and it says nothing about a radio fuse and I couldn't find one on the panel in the car.

Also, the 2 grounds from the Bose connectors are tied into the deck ground and attached to the body.

What else can be my problem?

Thanks,

DF

Check all the wiring for the head unit besides the ground. Smething might have came loose.
