Bumper finish question

My bumper feels like a sandpaper to the touch, in large part because of the weak finish. Are there any detailing products out there to smooth out? Paint damage is not visible, it's just the bumper is made of some **** like takes in every damn bug on the road. Thanx

Try 3M Rubbing Compound and 3M Finish Restorer and after that put a nice even layer of 3M Hand Glaze.. that will clear it right up.. i have the same problems.. but this combo works out pretty good...

3M Rubbing Compound
3M Finish Restorer
3M Hand Glaze

happy buffing!!

thanks, I will get to buffing, but not now, got too much homework. Sometime in the spring will try it out. This is not the 1st time I hear people mention 3M products, must be the great stuff, heh?
