two body repair questions

This has been a bad week for my 02 max.

1) I inadvertently banged into my driver's side mirror and almost took it off. I was able to push it back on but it doesn't appear to be on very firm. Any one know how the mirror is properly attached? Are there screw holes somewhere that need to be adjusted?

2) I was backing out of parking spot while someone was backing out diagonally across from me. Unfortunately although I saw them I was not able to get out of the way before we banged into each other. So now the passenger side of the rear bumper is pushed in. I had thought the bumper was plastic but it appears to be more like fiberglass. Is this correct? Any suggestions on possibly popping it out?

Thanks.

And the mirror is held on by bolts you get at from inside the door. Take the door panel off and carefully peel back the plastic to get the bolts.

Also its easier if you soften up the plastic with heat gun.Dont get too close though or the paint will flake off.
