Whats your reason for no stillen side skirts?

I have a bunch of...assumptions on why but i want to hear it from yawl.
Money? Doesnt Look any better than the 02-03 Side Skirts? I like the 02-03 mudflap..?
http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?id=STIBODY01&c=EX...
I breifly looked at the site and...it appears you cannot buy the classic front by itself...(im guessing if you u call you could special order).. so hence do you guys just sell the side skirts... just not install em...
Why...u say... ....im just researching.. for self knowledge

i have them. but i probably will regret it later because on big speed bumps i tend to scrap my sub frame connectors every now and then so I probably will scrape the sideskirts.

JDUBB FTW. I think the curve with the dubb skirts flows a lot better then the actual stillen skirt.

You really only notice it from farther away but the mid part of the skirt rises to high... don't care for them.

I don't have skirts because I like the look of the car with the OEM splash guards and I'm too cheap to buy anything with "Stillen" on it.

No Side Skirts for me... I have the 02-3 sides and they look just as good as the stillens... U can get the classic front spoiler separate from sportcompactonly.com

I like the 02-03 sides that are stock, actually the body of the 02 in general.

i like the stock 02-03 skirts, especially with the molded mud flaps, i dont think the stillen skirts add that much to the car compared to stock

yeah it "aint" appealing to see no enhacements there I like a whole package too but... the stillen sides just dont do any ehancements well enough...they are just there.. and you loose the mudflap....
They look like they are from the 3rd gen side skirts. I am really unsure on what to do.

have you seen the kit in person? if not, def. check it out. Maybe you won't want side skirts either. YES it completes it..but ti's not necessary to complete the look. It's just personal preference. You can always sell it later if you get it and get it later if you want it....not a big deal.

I think you can still get these skirts in the GD section. However, it's by order only IIRC.

Sickmax had the kit you are looking at with the j-dubb sides instead of the stillen. In fact he is parting it out right now...

check housecor's website on suspension.

if you look at the actual distance off the ground, you will see eibachs are actually about a 1.4 drop in the front, and a 1.3 or so in the rear. or something like that. i created a thread on it that no one cared to respond to or whatever, but you should look it up.

my drop is almost as low as progress ( .1 makes a difference).

I think the Stillen side skirts look great, but right now I don't have the money for them...I'm planning to lower my car, too, so i've got to make sure that they'll still be okay since I have to fight speed bumps at school all the time.

well I don't have them only because I live in Canada and lips/skirts isn't the best idea if you want to drive during winter. We have some of the worst roads up here (in Quebec), it's very bumpy so I prefer to have some clearance fror the ground. But they look pretty sweet.

Right now I've just got the front lip. Planned on getting JDub sides.
But I'm keeping it as is until I can get a good paying job. Can't afford anymore mods now

Sometimes I like the stillen and sometimes I like the Jdub.
But I'll see once I get the rear stillen lip if I want to go with the sides or not. I like my mudflaps ATM

I agree though with some people here!
If you don't have side skirts it looks like something is missing.

Like in this pic taken of the side of my car.

V

I was comparing pics and the stillens flow the best depending on what look you are going for. Here is a quick comparison to see the skirts next to each other:

I wish I could find sickmax car to show off the jdubs better since white is a very bright color. I got skirts cause the 00-01 max front lip is a little bit bigger (and I have the ABS front lip so its even bulkier... granted I trimmed my skirts and my lip down somewhat). If I could afford stillen skirts I would get them in a hearbeat.
