Re: great pics paul!

That would be the "current trip time". I haven't reset mine since i first got it. Haven't really seen much use in it, but it's a nifty feature should you want it at one point or another

I still haven't figured out what the time-like readout in the trip computer means.. it's kinda like the clock, but it'll display 75:34 and stuff like that... any clues?
(I keep forgetting to check the stupid manual)

Re: Re: Re: great pics paul!

I would imagine it would be similar to the older style digital odos, like mine. Push the button to the counter you want to reset, like tripA or trip B. Once you're there, let go, then push and HOLD the button. It should reset.

Nice pics! Would you mind taking a pic of your VTC the next time you get shots of your car? I want to show people why the current SC kit won't work. Thanks!

Sure. Will do. I wonder what Stillen has up their sleeves. They had a preproduction model a few months ago.

Can't wait to hear your explanation for that one

Thanks Larry. If I don't beat your ET, I will consider myself a failure. I'm hoping for a 14.5 at least.

Changed my own oil this past weekend (Mobil 1 Woohoo!!) After the change I reset trip B. I'll keep track of my 3,000 intervals using this feature. Gotta use this feature for something

cLIMATE CONTROL

Isn't yours an SE model?? this is really weird.. becuase i have seen many SE models from 95-01 from the US that have manual non-electronic climate control..

My 99 came standard with automatic electronic control same with my frineds 96 SE .. but i have seen numerous SE models in the US that have manual ghetto style climate control.. what giveS/??

maxima packages

Here in Canada we don't get to add this or that too much. The SE comes with only Leather package, and Automatic. Everything else is precanned. $2800 Cdn for leather package, and 1000 for Automatic.

I believe it's similar for the Altima. You don't get to add ABS, or BOSE by itself as it comes with other goodies.
