Number one, is it bad for our engines to drive it hard in when it's cold outside, like below freezing? Two, how bad is it on the tranny to manually shift through the first three gears? Is it one of those things where you can do it, but not too often? Or is it okay to do it regularly? TIA.

You are taking this from a guy who has had 3 blown tranny's even with a VB and TC mod.

 

3 trannys? Damn. Did you get them replaced under warranty from Nissan? Or out of your pocket? Either way, it's a lot.
