Front Sway bar diameter on 5.5 SE

I need to get new front sway bar bushings. They come in 22mm and 23mm. I have a 2k2 SE. I remember SEs were suppose to have a thicker swaybar. Can anyone confirm that i'd need 23mm bushings? Any recommendations on where to buy? I found ES bushings on ebay for $22 + $7 shipping.

Auto Zone has them for 19.99.

2002/2003 GLE GXE 22mm bushing set.

2002/2003 SE 23mm bushing set. As per energy suspension and AZ's website.

I'm about to order them too.

I'd like to replace mine, but after looking at the bushing mounts -- I'm affraid I won't be able to get them swapped without a SERIOUS hassle!

you need the 23mm. anyone who is wary of doing this swap shouldnt be changing their own oil. This was the easiest job ive done in a LONG time. looks much more difficult than it is.

D-bushings are amazingly easy to change out but if you swap in urethane bushings, you should probably do the same to the end links (depending on design-haven't looked at the ones in my Maxima yet) or you are wasting your time.

I guess maybe i'm just intimidated by the huge bolts and the lack of space to maneuver around that area.
If anybody has the toque specs for the sway-bar bushings AND the end links, that'd be appreciated as well -- while we're at it.

no worries then - I should be able to handle it! Thanks for the confidence booster boys!

I've never used a torque wrench when tightening the bolts for the D-bushings or end links, I just make sure they are tight. Never had a problem with them loosening up.

Thanks everyone! I ended up buying from Ebay. Tried AZ, it wouldn't let me order it online.
