hey guys posting for my buddy, he has a 00 SE. His max starting acting up again. it drives fine but all his lights are lit TCS Battery VOLTS Brake. Sumtimes they blink randomly any ideas????????/ car drives fine. He had 2 bad mafs in the past 2 yrs. He siad there no sputtering no nottin, everyhting is good except for the mini disco lights his dash is doing.

 

he jsut called me his car died.......no lights are working no repsone no fuel pump zero zilch. His gettin a tow truck.

 

Bad battery and/or alternator

 

I would say its the altenator. You can have this checked at advance autozone for free.

 

+1 for the alternator and/or belt, now that it sounds like the battery completely discharged as well, he should probably get a new battery as well as getting the alt. fixed.

 

Check the belt. My family has had 3 maximas and all of them have eaten belts.
