Two issues, need help figuring it out

My first issue started today. When ever I press the throttle or the brake I get a loud clunk from the right front. I am thinking its the balljoints, also when I turn corners I get smaller fainter clunks.

My second issue has been happening since I installed my new suspension, it comes from the right rear, it sounds like something rolling around the trunk and in the wheel well whenever I accelerate or brake and come to a complete stop you can hear it, I have taken the whole trunk apart especially when I installed my RSTB and I didn't find anything. Any thoughts, my SS brake lines are anchored down as well.

More likely a failing CV joint. Balljoints usually make noise over bumps. Don't know about the rear noise. You might want to look at your exhaust.
