piece of *rap bose!!! NEED HELP

details: i have a 2003 maxiam with a bose 6 disc cd changer. and randomly when playing cd's ( hasnt happended with the radio yet) the sound from all speakers gets all shoved to the right. I have tried multiple amounts of cd's and hey all do it in all cd comparments of the changer. i really need to figure out how to fix this? In advance thank you for all advice.

its even so common...that nissan has a TSB for it

I have used car stereo help for my 01 bose subwoofer amp repair and they did a great job. They give you a lifetime warranty on repair as long as you own the car.

what if i have a preowned plus warranty would that cover it, i can hoenslty say as a college student i dont have the time patience or money to even send it in to do this repair. besides buying a totally new head unit what must i do

Make a call to your warranty company and ask them about it.

Tell them this is a known issue with TSB, they may or may not cover it.

Check the paperwork or call them, my 6 Disc started acting up a week after I bought my car and the warranty would not cover it. Honestly though, fixing that thing is not worth it IMO, any decent aftermarket head unit will sound infinitely better with the stock Bose speaker setup.

+1 here. For the amount you may spend (depending on your warranty) fixing the issue, you're better off just replacing the head unit all together. It will sound a lot better too.
