just trying to help you out for doing us a good favor..

i realy like the headlight style variations including the ebay projector ones..

there is also one more headlight that is the ebay knockoff of the 03 headlights but with no projectors and halogen rings..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/00-01...spagenameZWDVW

which also brings up the DDE's and Halo rings to include too if you'd like..

and another thing in the 5th gen and 5.5 gen drawing.. i noticed that you showed part of the roof of the car.. it looked wierd.. and after staring for a while i saw the roof line was missing..

*the lower part of the bumper line on the 5.5 gen is also missing

sorry if im jabbing at you.. il leave you be now ahaha

Thanks for the suggestions guys. DDEs and CF Hoods were on my list. The no-grille option is new to me, but looks nice! Hoodpins I forgot about, so thanks for that idea as well! Never saw those eBay headlights before, so I will be adding them too!

s1mply_v, OT a bit here...are you going to add any mesh there to help protect the radiator at all? I know it doesn't save you from a boulder or anything, but even some fine black mesh would look sweet and help a bit.

Not jabs at all, its easy to overlook things while others see it clearer. I welcome all suggestions/comments/etc, even if its harsh criticism. Thanks for pointing those things out to me. I will be looking at some more pics to capture those few details.

It's still in progress. Like I said earlier, I only work on it during my lunch break at work.

I'll add the mirrors, except the F1s. Ew.

In the future use the noob thread http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=365289 or use the search, it's free to everybody now.

The answer is Aniversary addition = AE

irish, I will do a side view, and possibly a rear view. I already have a basic side profile drawn in Flash of the 5th gen, as well as a 4th gen. Needs a bit of finer detail, but it will be done afterwards. I prefer not to combine them into one program.

00SEMAX19 is correct, AE stands for Anniversary Edition, which was a model either 00 or 01 that had dark housing headlights.

Next up are bumpers/lips. I'm pretty familiar with the lips for the 5.5 gen, but if some 5th gen guys could send me some pics of the bumpers (R33, Octane, etc...), I could get the ball rolling.

REVIVAL!

To make excuses, at my last job I was unable to use the programs during my break since they were on a company computer. Understandable but a lame move since my managers loved the work.

I found the files on my HDD again, and definitely want to finish this.

I was dabbling with the baselines again, and made a potential final product of my car:

Hope you guys like it, and will be starting the config project once again. I'll post up for feedback and/or pics to help me design the parts.

So... I'm a huge a**hole. I want to revive this, I do.

Can I ask a favor from the 5th gen forum? List out the parts. What on a 5th/5.5 can you see and add to a configurator...

Yes. and No, I do not want to try to draw the motor. I tried that back years ago on a different car. Too intricate or too basic looking. Might be easier for the 6th gens with all that plastic in there.

Indeed, please! If you could provide specifics, it would help. Just kinda hard to remember all the types of hoods, etc...

If you could help me out with entries like:
VIS CF Hood: OEM & Invader
Xtreme Eyelids: V1 and V2
etc...

Appreciate all the feedback, and I want to get this out soon!
