Odd radio issue

If i have my stereo on loud enough whenever I touch the gas theres an odd whining noise that sounds like a vacuum of sorts. Any ideas what this could be?

It's usually feedback from your alternator. Just put a noise filter on your ground for the stereo that should quiet it down. Used to have to combat that in the old race car a lot.
