bulb question

i have searched for the answer to this question time and time again but no luck...what size bulb is it in the left side of my auto climate control in my 2k2 5.5 gen.

and another newb question...are there supposed to be lights under the lip under the climate control unit...cuz if there are they have been out since i bought the car so i am not sure if there are any or not.
