Hvac Lighting

I have the auto climate control system in my 2k and am having a problem. Only like half of the HVAC unit lights up when I turn the headlights on. Everything from the recirc button over lights up but the defrostor, auto, econ and that part does not light up...is it a fuse? if so what fuse could it be? I took out the harnesses from the back of the unit and plugged them in again and still no luck..

you can replace the bulbs or just deal with it.

screen and buttoms are different lighting. You just replace the bulbs.

I was not talking about the screen...the buttons like AUTO, ECON, OFF do not light up, everything to the right of those buttons do light up and there is no problem with the screen

IIRC from somewhere in the FAQs, there were only two bulbs (one for left side, one for right side). Both are burned out in my car, and they did so at different times within a few months of each other.

There are 3 bulbs, maybe one of them is out.
