I didnt think the thread was THAT dumb and yes the answer to the thread IS in the sub forums, BUT why does it have to turn into a "newb" bashing session all the time just cause SOME of us have been on the org longer and know the site front and back??
If the thread is asking information that we ALL know is on the site somewhere why cant we just reply something like "search harder" point the guy in the right direction and lock the thread.
