start up outa wack!

hey watsup guys...i have a stillen hi-flow intake and i was wondering why the start up has been a little wierd lately (im guessing its the cold weather), but when when i turn the key it sounds like the intake is like choking a little and it delays a couple of times and then finally starts up but it sounds like its really struggling to get it going...any suggestions??? thanks guys

MAF?
when i had the stillen, it kept popping off the throttle body which means the MAF is getting a bad flow

generally, cars take a bit longer to start when the weather turns cold. That's just the way it is

if it starts up then Rpms drop to like 2-300 rpm then goes right away back up you need an idle air volume relearn performed to relearn how much air is going through at idle. Also it will make the car back to where it was in terms of idle and throttle response.
This is if you're an 02 Max or newer especially
