$622 For Y pipe ?

So my flexpipe is shot, i need to replace it, sounds like a tank, $622 for the Y pipe assembly.... wtf.... any suggestions, and price quotes ?/

Will the Y-pipes pass a smog inspection? It's been so long since i took mine off and sold it, I don't remember.

My Max with Cattman headers passed an Emmisions test...

It should pass as long as you keep the main cat in place.

Luckily Where i live, I dont have emissions ^______^ where to far behind in technology for that yet hhehehe One inspection sticker on the glass not 2 , lol, but only 30 miles away they have it

Or you could just have an exhaust shop weld on a new flexpipe and be done with it.

Was about 40$ IIRC, my two Mazda 626's did that, and that is how I fixed them.

Flexpipe didn't fall from there after over a year.

Since the car is a couple of years old, you may want to consider a WarpSpeed Performance y-pipe. It cost me $220 shipped. Well worth it.
However if you want the best quality, then do with the Cattman Performance y-pipe.

or if you just want to keep a stock ypipe you can get a new flex section welded in at pretty much any exhaust shop for about $100 or so....
