cattman header then CEL

Over the weekend I install the cattman headers and th o2 simulators. So i drive around for about 80 miles over course of 2 days. Then I get a CEL. So I check with the consult. Im getting a code P0057 and P0058. High voltage on o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2. I thought I leave the heater signal untouched on the o2 sensors and then just zip tie the sensors to the side. Now im getting a code?? Am I doing something wroung with the simulator. I just tapped the pos, neg and signal and left the heater wire alone on both of the o2 sensors.

You did it right, leave the heater wires untouched. Now, usually codes for heaters go on - SES because the sensors go bad. You can either buy resistors to get rid of these codes (o2simulator.com) or buy two new sensors. Although it is strange that they came on right as you put the header on. Try unplugging the battery overnight?

This happened to me too , just a little bit more time passed than you. Those codes (high voltage, slow responce and no activity) popped up a few times on but have gone away since.

Heres some reading: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=326212

That's what I'd do for now. I'm assuming you've re-checked all your wiring and connections? How and where did you connect the sim to the harness?

Yeah, pics would be good, thanks.

Did you install before or after the plastic connectors? If you did it before, on the ECU harness itself, you can check my thread too:
