will a 5th gen motor fit perfectly on the mounts of a 4th gen...and...will it bolt up to a 4th gen tranny?

Wow... dude you have to do some research, VQ35's in a 4th gen are soo common that they are called 4.5 Gens... you GOTTA do some searching... That is just amazing... Go check the 4th GEN section out, as it is a 4th GEN that the motor is going into, not a 5th Gen... Go read the all-motor section as well...

*sigh*
