HELP!!!!Serious Transmission Issues

Ok, so ive searched the forums and have not come across anything like this..

2002 Maxima GLE

..Heres the scenario...

I come off of work, cars driving normal as always...I park my car at school (2-3 hours), I come out and take off out of the parking garage....So i didnt notice no big deal because theres a stop light as soon as you pull out... Anyways, i try to merge to get into the lane for the highway and the car is like super sluggish!!! Im like wtf?? So i get on the highway, and have to wait like forever to get up to about 70mph...THE WHOLE TIME THE CAR NEVER SHIFTS!!!!!! So i step down on it a little bit to see if i can get the car to shift to 4th but it wont!! So i try to putting the car into 2 and it doesnt do anything...i try even putting it into 1 coming off of the highway and it doesnt do anything...When taking off, it feels almost like the tranny is taking off in 3rd...its like i have a freaking CVT or something.. Someone please HELP!!!! Please tell me that its some kinda fuse thats blown or something or some kind of controller for the D-3-2-1 positions thats not functioning properly. PLEASE HELP!!

TCM, clutch packs are fried (although usually you get some warning for a long time, like slipping when shifting), front pump went out or the torque converter came apart and is clogging the pump.
