Sold my Maxima...

bought a 2005 BMW 530i
no pics yet, it's snowed here, so the car got really dirty
It's been fun to hang around here for a little over 6 years!

my Bimmer is a 6-speed auto, I thought I'd miss my Maxima right away, but no BMW so much fun to drive! I-drive and navigation rocks!

it's a 225hp engine and the car weighs a tad more, so it's slower than a 5.5 gen. It's probably just a little bit slower than 3.0 maxima. But the auto is very responsive and max torque comes at earlier RPMs than Nissan's engine. It has plenty of power and torque. Highway acceleration is excellent! The ride quality is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than Maxima's.

I was planning on getting a 335 coupe this summer, but didn't have as much money saved up as i wanted to for a downpayment, so i decided to get a used 5 in a meantime. 3 series are nice, but it's a little too tight for me on the interior room. 5 is very close to a maxima on interior room and i like it. Maybe i'll be shooting towards getting a 535i in a couple of years

Nice car, BMW does a great job combining handling and comfort at the same time.

Thats what I'd love to get. If you don't mind, could you PM a range of what you might have got it for?

Really you like the I-Drive? I thought it was a PITA.

I deliver Bimmers to dealers after "the Ultimate drive" event at my local dealer. Every BMW is nice even the wagons and suvs.

Enjoy it.
