cluster slightly dimming.

im taking the ride in to a friends shop on sat but till then i was wondering if anyone has experenced this. my cluster dims slightly (not dramatically but noticeably) when i either have my heater on or play with my driver side window switch. if im driving the lights brighten up but at a stop thats when its noticeable. if my headlights are against another car or wall i notice they slightly dim when i play with the switch. now if i play with the switches for my other 3 passenger windows through my driver side nothing happen. alternator was replaced less than a year ago and is still under warranty. i have to change my belts cause they whistling at times, 80% of the time is when the heater is on. any advice would help even though we'll figure it out this weekend, its still bothers me now.

Had the same problems for a month. Pretty sure it's the serpentine belt. Get it changed ASAP.

Edit: Forgot to add, have them replace with the Bando belt. DON'T use Dayco or whatever it's called. Had to change the belts twice because Dayco belts suck. Bando belt worked great though.
