dear everyone:
just wondering that is there any way to take off the orange part on the tail lights of the 02 maximas?? cuz i thought that would be prettier and so that i can change my signal light bulb as well....i need u guys' advise~thanks

Well the only way to do that is to break the seal and open it up and check. If you tear off the amber lense, it in theory should work.

Dont know if anyone on the board has tried it or not.

That would be a pain. Having just installed the 2K2 assembly on my AE, I can say that I don't think that assembly could be easily taken apart. I think it would turn out to be a new addition to the OOGLIE How To's. It would probably involve a lot of cursing, glue, and silicone.

 

Yeah, I think it would be a B@#@# to do.

 

Give me a few weeks and I will have a write up and pics of how I did it .
