is there a how to on here to remove the gauge cluster, and replace bulbs?

i did a search, if its here i must have missed it?

 

does it come on sometimes and go off sometimes, or always off?

I've got a similar problem that the left side dash lights sometimes dont turn on when i start the car. Sometimes they come on very soon after, but there have been incidents where I've driven 10 minutes or so til they come on.

 

mine go in and out, what is does that mean?

 

well, i had the same problem with my 01 when i had an HID kit and LEDs installed in my sidemarkers.. after i took both out and turned the lighting back to stock, the problem went away.. i suspect it was the HID kit.. do you have 1?

 

do you have an HID kit or LEDs? try returning your lighting back to stock.. the problem will probably go away

Stock HIDs i posted about this once and believe that someone had the same problem and took the bulbs out and put them back in as if they were possibly not seated properly and just had a bad connection. This seems possible because it only happens sometimes.. seems to be in the cold more often, i believe.

 

my issue is in the dash gauges, not the head lights. thanks for the info and yes i searched, this site isnt the easiest to navigate

 

it was off for a day, then it came back
